Guide and support
The basic flow is: add materials → organize pages → preview → rename and save a new copy.
Add and organize
- Use Files to add ordinary static PDFs or JPEG/PNG/HEIC images. On iPhone, you can also use the system photo picker or initiate a paper scan.
- Mix images and PDF pages. Confirm final order by the grid's page numbers; picker order is not guaranteed to match tap order.
- Select pages to move, rotate, delete or extract. Undo/redo operates in the current session and does not remove files already saved elsewhere.
Split and export a page as an image
Enter one group per line, such as 1-3 then 4-6, or a group like 1,3-5. Duplicate pages within or across groups, empty groups and out-of-range numbers are rejected. Preview and rename each result, then save or share each file. Unselected pages remain in the original workspace.
Select one page to export PNG or JPEG. The current output has a white background and a maximum longest edge of 2048 pixels. JPEG is lossy. Zoom in to check small text. Image export does not create searchable text.
Watermarks, cropping, paper and page numbers
Purpose watermarks, manual four-edge cropping, portrait/landscape A4/A5 fitting and page numbering first generate an independent preview. Confirm to apply and use undo if needed. Cropping hides portions outside the visible box; it is not permanent sensitive-data redaction. A purpose watermark does not prevent copying or certify authenticity.
Optional compression
Initiate compression only when needed. It re-encodes supported image streams and does not guarantee any target size or a smaller result. Inspect small text, stamps, QR codes and colors. An unmet size requirement is not success. If integrity checks fail, the candidate is not adopted; the organized version remains available to save.
Trial, unlock and restoration
- The trial runs for 168 continuous hours after you claim it and does not renew automatically. Expiry blocks new imports, organizing, extraction and compression; existing results remain viewable, undoable, renameable, saveable and shareable.
- A one-time purchase permanently unlocks the current app's organizing tools and can be restored. Apple supplies the local price; rely on the purchase confirmation interface.
- If a purchase is not recognized, check the original purchasing Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases. Network or verification failure is not a successful purchase. Retry after the catalog and access status are confirmed.
Saving, limits and common questions
Saving prepares a new copy. After the system panel returns a location, open the actual result in Files. Cancellation keeps your preview. Do not deliberately rename back to an input original and approve replacement in the system panel. Opening a share panel does not prove the recipient saved the file.
Current engineering limits are 20 cumulative inputs, 50 MB and 200 pages per session; these are safeguards, not performance guarantees on every device. Detected encryption, interactive forms, digital signatures, annotations/links and some document-level interactive structures are rejected to avoid silent loss. OCR, Word conversion and PDF body-content editing are not provided.
The interface follows system/app language. Language switching does not translate PDF content, user filenames or watermark input. Save results you want across launches; automatic recovery of unsaved drafts is not promised.
